These are some guidelines to those wishing to become Official www.allsigs.org Sig Designers :

Talent is hard to find, so do not get intimidated in any way. Hard work is more important than talent on its own. So come here and do your best
Portofolio demonstration is recommended but noit absolutely necessary. In time, your work will speak for itself here.
We are serious on what we do, but we still enjoy the place here. A good sense of cooperation and humor is welcome.
In time, this could become something profitable, if we find the right sponsors. So, think ahead !
