These are some guidelines to those wishing to become Official www.allsigs.org Sig Designers :

• Talent is hard to find, so do not get intimidated in any way. Hard work is more important than talent on its own. So come here and do your best
  
  
• Portofolio demonstration is recommended but noit absolutely necessary. In time, your work will speak for itself here.
  
  
• We are serious on what we do, but we still enjoy the place here. A good sense of cooperation and humor is welcome.
  
  
• In time, this could become something profitable, if we find the right sponsors. So, think ahead !
